National Truffle Fest Comes to Asheville

A phenomenon in themselves, truffles are becoming a more well-known delicacy here in the US as of late.  I, myself, am a truffle novice, with the extent of my knowledge coming from a documentary I saw on TV and a little perusal of National Truffle Fest website.

I guess this would be my opportunity to educate myself as the National Truffle Festival is coming to Asheville...near the Biltmore Estate!
